Thomas' English Muffin with
2 Tbsp peanut butter (I like crunchy!)
topped with thin slices of a Gala apple (with the rest of the apple on the side).
Accompanied by coffee and
a cup of skim milk.
I prefer the 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, but we just had the plain ones today.
